Weekend Spring Yoga Retreat at Badlands Yoga's home studio in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
During our 10 total hours practicing this weekend, you'll set into motion the transitional practices that can transform your relationship with your body, mind, and health. Build healthy strength, mobility, immunity, and resilience, and refresh your yoga practice!
Revel in a weekend filled with a gamut of yoga - body, breath, and mind - practices, ranging from the strong-and-sweaty to the soft-and-melty. Evening practices focus on yin, restorative, and yoga nidra. Morning practices will include modifiable Sun Salutations as well as elements of joint freeing series, warming breaths, and psoas release series, along with standing, seated, and inverted practices. One session will be devoted to Spring dinacharya, or routines, including incorporating spring twists, belly churning, and warming breaths into your Personal Yoga Practice.
Treat yourself to an immersion in the practices that feed your soul. There are a couple of great hotels within walking distance from the studio and restaurants nearby.
If you attend via Zoom from home, you'll be deepening your connection to your personal yoga practice.
