Lengths of various practices will be different, but times the same as on the sign up - see below for the full schedule ALL TIMES IN MOUNTAIN TIME ZONE:
Sunday April 2nd Online Gathering and Practice: 10am-12pm MT
Sunday April 2nd Evening Wind Down Practice 8-8:45pm MT
Monday April 3rd - Friday April 7th Morning Practice 8-8:30am MT
Monday April 3rd - Friday April 7th Evening Practice 8-8:30pm MT
Saturday April 8th Online Gathering and Practice: 10am-12pm MT
Sunday and Saturday morning practices will be half yoga, meditation, and pranayama and half community, reflection, and discussion.
Morning practices will be energizing, digestion firing, and modifiable, optional check-ins 15 minutes before..
Evening practices will be either yin, restorative or meditation with optional check-ins 15 minutes before. Designed to be the perfect wind-down.
