Classes for this series will be held ONLINE every Wednesday and you have the option to join our “Chair” or “Mat” yoga classes in the comfort of your own home.
This yoga series is based on innovative research by Dr. Loren Fishman who is one of the few physicians practicing medicine who incorporates yoga into his regular treatment protocols.
