Deep dive weekend into setting up, refining or renewing your Personal Yoga Practice with special sections on Your Why (Big Why & Focused Why); What To Do (postures and flows, breath practices, chanting, meditation, mudras); and How To Set Up a Habit You Love (habit formation and sustenance). We'll practice at the beginning of each session and then dive into one of the topics and wrap with Yoga Nidra so your inspiration and intention saturate every layer of your being out to the bliss body.
All sessions are recorded and available the week after the retreat, so you can participate on your timeline - live, or at different times. Plus, you'll have the retreat on repeat to inspire and enliven your Personal Home Yoga Practice going forward.

Friday, January 5th, 5:30-7:30 pm: “Set An Intention Worth Your Intention.” Your Big Why & Your Focused Why - vision boards, feeling states, and words of the season. Let your desires for joy, fulfillment, health, and pleasure guide you in your practice and expression.
Saturday 1/6/24 9-11am: “Turn Your Why Into Practice.” What, How and When To Do What You Do On the Mat. Learn the 7 poses that all other yoga poses are generated from and how that allows you to choose poses to create feeling states. Learn the general effects of poses and how to observe the truth of this generality in your own body. Yoga poses, breaths and meditations are not one size fits all and this allows you to understand how to select postures for how you want to feel. We’ll also learn and experience counterpose, arc of practice and structure and purposes of Savasana, as well as the traditional order for poses, breathing practices, mantra and meditation.
Saturday 1/6/24 1-3pm “Your Yoga Is Personal To YOU.” Adjusting Your Yoga Practice for Your Dosha and for Late Winter - understanding your doshas (set point and current) and how that allows you to balance the stresses and tendencies that can harsh your cruise. What are the specific conditions of Late Winter season that tend to throw us off balance and how to use your yoga practice to keep your balance true.
Sunday 1/7/24 9-11am “Yoga: A Habit You Don’t Want To Break.” After practicing together one more time, with another opportunity to practice YOUR yoga - one of the templates you created Saturday morning, understand the essence of habit science and how you can use it to create a no fail habit to increase your connection, joy, empowerment and self-understanding.
