Create freedom of movement from the inside! The Psoas Release Series is a series of movements that prepare your body for automatic release movement in the final asana. This powerful practice allows for stress and strain stored in the deep paraspinal muscles to organically unwind.
This special series of classes is designed to create comfort and confidence required for this unwinding. We will conclude each practice with a long Savasana. The process can liberate emotion, plan for rest after.
Each practice session will be an hour long to allow for check ins, limited discussion, practice and Savasanahhhh!!! Thursdays beginning June 30th at 4pm MDT for one hour.
