Peach Rosewater Lassi

This refreshing drink is great for any time of the day and is hydrating to boot! peaches The only thing you might not have in the house is rosewater or rose flowers you can steep. You could either harvest from your garden or simply make a Peach Lassi.

If you have rose petals/flowers, steep 2 T of petals/flowers in 2 cups of water for 6 minutes to make 2 cups of rosewater.

Ingredients (serves 6)

2 cups rosewater

2 cups (more or less to taste) plain water

2 cups tangy, plain, unsweetened yogurt (we use plain coconut yogurt and love it!)

3 peaches, stoned

½-1 tsp cardamom (optional)

Steps: Put it all in a blender on medium until uniform. Enjoy!
