Membership auto charges on the same date each month until you cancel online. I have only one assistant. His paws have no thumbs and he's not very deadline oriented.

No particular class times are guaranteed, though our schedule is very, very regular. What people are saying....

"Christine's class has been wonderful. Her depth of knowledge of this discipline is impressive. One of the aspects of her teaching is her constant awareness of her students’ needs, abilities, and capabilities - i.e. she always offers several degrees of difficulty for each asana. Another positive aspect of her teaching is her ability to maintain a relaxed atmosphere throughout the ninety minute session. At the conclusion of each session, I have always felt balanced, stronger - yet relaxed." ~Paul, NVSC Yogi
"I came to [Christine] with a seemingly impossible goal: do scorpion in about 10 weeks. I was recovering from my second c-section birth and knew my core was absent. I did the pose in less time. What I really gained though was better practice. Not just as a physical form of exercise, as "yoga" is so popular for now, but as a deep connection between my physical posture and my spiritual and physical well being. I leave the mat feeling more whole, grounded, revitalized, and STRONG."
~Jonette, private yoga student

"Christine has an amazing ability to explain in detail, in a way that makes sense to me mentally and physically, each pose. She really understands each pose and what the body needs to be doing and she explains this really well. I felt like I went really deep into the poses for Christine's class. Overall, I felt like I got a good release and a lot of strength building from her class."

"You have a great tone for the class, a very calming presence and voice. Your comment about "making room" for the pelvic floor really resonated with me and ... It was the first time I really felt in my body the importance of "legs apart."

"It's obvious you have a medical background and a real grasp of anatomy, which is a fantastic asset as a yoga instructor."

"Being 'injured' I appreciated Christine's attention and suggestions for how I could do the poses within limits."

I teach and practice Healing Yoga - no TM :) - which focuses on the 6 things that make yoga a healing practice: interior sensation, yoga shapes as containers, breath as the engine of movement, true core, focus + flow and rhythm (dinacharya and rutcharya, or the routines that support our circadian rhythm).

At Badlands Yoga we share the most effective tools for focus, balance, strength and stress reduction in practices designed to give you what you need to act from your most authentic, healthy self - even in the most stressful situations.

My previous life as a paramedic allows an intimate understanding of the anatomy and physiology that guides every class, pose, technique that I share with you.

You don't have to be flexible - or anything else - to do yoga: yoga helps you become those things.
