This is a monthly membership, cancel any time, months not pro-rated. Should you cancel, you'll retain access to classes and videos through the end of your month. Months run from date of sign up to same date next month. For instance if you sign up on the 21st of a given month, your membership lasts until and renews on the 21st of the next month.
Membership auto charges on the same date each month until you cancel online. Email cancellations cannot be honored... I have only one assistant. His paws have no thumbs and he's not very deadline oriented.
Studio schedule: Tues + Thursday 6:30-7:30pm; Friday Noon (Gentle); Friday 6:30-7:45pm (YIN); Saturday 1:30-3pm.
No particular class times are guaranteed, though our schedule is very, very regular. Classes are occasionally cancelled for a day or week for instructor vacation (usually August and Dec/Jan for the longer). Your per class investment is kept low by your membership, assuming these seasonal fluctuations: budget billing for your yoga.

I am trained in Yin, Restorative, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Raja and am Core Strength Vinyasa and Yoga Shred influenced and inspired - all styles of Hatha Yoga. These "flavors" influence my personal practice and the practice that I share with you. My previous life as a paramedic allows an intimate understanding of the anatomy and physiology that guides every class, pose, technique that I share with you.
You don't have to be flexible - or anything else - to do yoga: yoga helps you become those things.
