After 11 days with Yoga Minutes, you will stress less and have a habit that's hard to break. 15 minutes or less, every morning, with themed practices designed to supercharge your awesome for that day and teach you skills you can use in everyday life forever to come.

You'll learn techniques that you'll want to come back to over and over, skills you will draw on in everyday life.
Your first email with access to the three intro videos and first Yoga Practice arrives immediately.
You'll receive a new practice every day at 9am Mountain Time. If that's too late for your yoga routine, repeat the first video on the second day and then move forward from there. The order is designed to take you through progressive steps so each practice leads to the next and you have a rest practice each week.

These "flavors" influence my personal practice and the practice that I share with you. My previous life as a paramedic allows an intimate understanding of the anatomy and physiology that guides every class, pose, technique that I share with you.
You don't have to be flexible - or anything else - to do yoga: yoga helps you become those things.
