During this retreat, we'll experience the principles of healing yoga, how yoga supports your body's natural balancing mechanisms and techniques to address specific needs. We'll practice Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative yoga, practice Yoga Nidra and Meditation, simple and powerful mantras and how they work.
And to help you establish, grow and sustain your healing yoga practice, you'll receive access to audios that will help you practice even before the retreat! The first one is already up - a Holiday Magic Restorative Yoga half hour practice that was a hit on audibleyoga.com - yours when you register for the retreat!
You'll love the atmosphere at La Paloma and the chance to adjust your yoga practice to the environment of spring and your specific constitution. Opportunities for hot spring yoga and one on one consultations.

Friday 5:30-7:30pm: Evening Yoga + Meditation
Saturday 9-11am: Morning Yoga + Meditation
Saturday 1-3:00pm: Workshop
Saturday 5:30-7:30pm: Evening Yoga+Meditation
Sunday 8:30-10am: Morning Yoga + Meditation
Sunday 11am: Check Out (you can still use the hot springs all day as long as you've booked your room at La P!)

I am trained in Yin, Restorative, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Raja and am Core Strength Vinyasa and Yoga Shred influenced and inspired - all styles of Hatha Yoga. These "flavors" influence my personal practice and the practice that I share with you. My previous life as a paramedic allows an intimate understanding of the anatomy and physiology that guides every class, pose, technique that I share with you.
You don't have to be flexible - or anything else - to do yoga: yoga helps you become those things.
