Choose a single session, monthly, every other week or weekly. After you enroll, you'll be contacted within 24 hours to schedule your first session.
Each session begins with a brief check in before we move into asana and breath practice tailored just for you. The techniques I help you experience are so powerful that it's crucial we have time to dive into the physical practice as well as check in; the practice itself is a continual check in. Active session length with check in is 50 minutes, leaving a few minutes for us to to communicate about the practice you'll take home with you. You will either leave with a set of physical notes or have them emailed to you. If you've chosen to have our practice recorded, that will be emailed within 48 hours of most lessons.
Via zoom for personalized yoga anywhere you please. Zoom.us is the most stable, clear webcam experience available anywhere online and so easy to set up. Your session can be recorded and sent only to you for endless reference.
In the event you need to reschedule a scheduled session, please do this at least 24 hours in advance of the session. Cancellations and reschedules inside of 24 hours before an appointment are not refundable.

I am trained in Yin, Restorative, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Raja and am Core Strength Vinyasa and Yoga Shred influenced and inspired - all styles of Hatha Yoga. These "flavors" influence my personal practice and the practice that I share with you. My previous life as a paramedic allows an intimate understanding of the anatomy and physiology that guides every class, pose, technique that I share with you.
