Have you tried and tried to meditate but become convinced you can't? Your mind is just too busy, your life is just too complicated and your brain just won't shut up.
You need to know 2 things:
1. Meditation results in a calmer, quieter mind - it does not require it and the point is not to "quiet your mind." The method is to observe your mind.
2. There are options for focus that actually help you feel the calm the seeking before the method has fully worked out all the kinks. In fact, your Primordial Sound Mantra can bring a sense of calm and rest and focus in as little as the first 20 minutes.
Primordial Sound Mantras are calculated using the exact time and place of your birth, which correspond to one of the 108 seed sounds, or Bija Mantra, in Sanskrit. This corresponds to the sound vibration of the universe at the time of your birth. Quietly chanting the Primoridal Sound Mantra (PSM) of your birth is deeply calming and centering and leads to a focused while peaceful way of being in the world: the key to healing on a deep level.
In this course you'll learn more about what a PSM is, how to implement yours and receive a half hour one on one video consultation during which you'll receive your personal PSM, practice with it and establish your practice.
Learn your Personal Primoridal Sound Mantra and begin using it for calm, focus, centering and the healing that arises from the repetition of this state.
I am trained in Yin, Restorative, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Raja and am Core Strength Vinyasa and Yoga Shred influenced and inspired - all styles of Hatha Yoga. These "flavors" influence my personal practice and the practice that I share with you. My previous life as a paramedic allows an intimate understanding of the anatomy and physiology that guides every class, pose, technique that I share with you.
You don't have to be flexible - or anything else - to do yoga: yoga helps you become those things.
