Primordial Sound Mantras are calculated using the exact time and place of your birth, which correspond to one of the 108 seed sounds, or Bija Mantra, in Sanskrit. This corresponds to the sound vibration of the universe at the time of your birth. Quietly chanting the Primoridal Sound Mantra (PSM) of your birth is deeply calming and centering and leads to a focused while peaceful way of being in the world: the key to healing on a deep level.
In this course you'll learn how to implement yours and receive a half hour one on one video consultation during which you'll receive your personal PSM, practice with it and establish your practice.
