Meditation is just that: paying attention in different way than you have before to your embodied experience. This includes thoughts, sensations, breath - the whole thing.
The point is not to do it perfectly; it is to practice.

These "flavors" influence my personal practice and the practice that I share with you. My previous life as a paramedic allows an intimate understanding of the anatomy and physiology that guides every class, pose, technique that I share with you.
You don't have to be flexible - or anything else - to do yoga: yoga helps you become those things.
