Stretch Templates for Workplace Stretching: Breathe, Move, Sense.
15 minute Stretch sessions for you every Tuesday at 10:45 in the glass display area and at 12:45 in the Wellness Room - attend either or both! Christine will be there every 1st and 3rd Tuesday and Catalina will be posting stretches to the internal board to help you remember to take a few breaths to yourself when you can, move with your breath and feel the sensations - this is the most effective way to integrate and consolidate the changes you make with stretching. You'll come back to your work a little more you, and everyone benefits from that.
These stretch sessions are designed to give you the knowledge and habit of stretching with your body, breath and mind. When you do, you'll feel a little better at the end of the day and know you're taking care of your most valuable assets: your body, breath and mind.
These sessions aren't designed to diagnose or treat anything and you may want to clear your participation with your doctor if you have any physical concerns. They are designed to be accessible, gentle but engaging and supportive.
