  Thank you for registering for the Spring Into Wellness Yoga + Meditation Retreat!

Below are the basic practices that I blend into a healing yoga practice, offered here so you can get to know me a little while supporting your practice on your way to our retreat.

The components of practice that I blend are Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga practices as well as guided relaxation and Yoga Nidra. There are practices here for everyone - whether you're just beginning or you practice confidently on your own.
